At Lia’s family Day Care, I recognize the importance of you being able to communicate any concerns you may be feeling about your child with me. It is your right, as parents, to begin your day in a stress-free way knowing your child is safe and happy.

As partners in your child's care we promise to:

I welcome any suggestions that you have and there is always time for listening. Please do not hesitate to talk with us about any concerns you may have. Early communication can solve any problem.

As parent and caregiver, I can be excellent partners in our common goal: your child's well being.

I also have at least two social occasions every year where the parents have an opportunity to meet and chat with each other and in many cases, providing life-long friendships.
